Hello Enamorada and Gwen Corona Photography only collects the information we need to serve you, and we never sell it. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and the choices you have when you visit our website, request a freebie, follow us on social media, or book our wedding photo and video services.

Hello Enamorada ("we," "us," or "our") is a wedding photography and videography brand operated by Gwen Corona Photography, based in Bakersfield, California.

By using our website or submitting a form, you acknowledge this policy.

Marketing emails and texts are different: we only send them if you separately opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

We collect information you give us directly, plus basic technical data our website gathers automatically. Information you provide. This includes your name, email address, phone number, wedding date and location, and anything you share in a form, inquiry, consultation, questionnaire, or message. It also includes billing details when you book or pay for services. Giving us this information is voluntary, but we may not be able to deliver a freebie, answer your inquiry, or book you without it.

Freebies and lead forms. When you request a freebie, guide, or other download, we collect the details you enter in the form (usually your name and email) so we can send it to you and, if you opt in. 

If you book us, we also collect what we need to plan and deliver your photos and video, such as event timeline, venue, guest and vendor details, and your preferences. We create photos and video of you and your event as part of our services.

When you visit our website, we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the website that referred you. We collect this through cookies and similar tools (see "Cookies, pixels, and advertising" below).

Social media. If you message, comment on, or tag us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms, we may see and keep that information. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.

We use your information to deliver what you asked for and to run our business, and we only send marketing if you opt in.•

When you request a freebie, we'll ask for your consent to receive marketing emails with a checkbox you choose to tick. It is never pre-checked. Every email includes our mailing address and an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly.

Text messages. We only text you for marketing if you give separate, express consent to receive texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us, and we do not share phone numbers or text consent with third parties for their own marketing. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or email gwencoronaphoto@gmail.com Opting out of marketing does not affect service messages about a booking you've made.

We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only with the people and tools that help us run Hello Enamorada and Gwen Corona Photography. 

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our website host, email marketing platform, CRM and scheduling tools, payment processor, and online gallery and cloud storage providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect our rights and safety.

Our website may use cookies, the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar tools to understand how visitors use our site and to show relevant ads on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. These tools may collect your IP address, device information, and browsing activity. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, adjust ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts, or use a global opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, which we honor where required.

We use reasonable safeguards, including password-protected accounts and encrypted platforms, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days, and we won't treat you differently for exercising these rights. California residents. We do not sell personal information. You may also ask which third parties we've disclosed your information to for their direct marketing.

Our website and services are for adults planning a wedding and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Our website may link to vendor sites, social platforms, and other third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top and, where required, notify you directly, such as by email.

Continuing to use our website after an update means you accept the updated policy, except where the law requires your fresh consent.
